Question: I did all the above tasks so I am gtg for early access, however I attended Fan Faire so the pre-order prompt does not pop-up for me when I launch the game. Is it safe to assume that all FF attendees will also have early acess if they too did the 3 events?

Doh, nevermind I just answered my own question by logging in my account and checking the details. Sure enough way at the bottom it says "•Underfoot Preorder" for attending FF.

If anyone else does have this issue and doesn't see the Pre-order on the account for attending Fan Faire, they can contact Customer Service. You'll need to be able to provide information regarding your Fan Faire registration.

Unless you meant "help" via the info in your original post, which was helpful. However, seeing as he asked his question after already reading the op, I would think he was seeking additional help, which he did not receive within the 5 min it took him to answer his own question.

Maybe nothing but the Knowledge Base search for "underfoot" gives:

[EQ] Early Access to the EverQuest® Underfoot™ Expansion

and in there it states you need the 3 "In-Game Item: The Road to Underfoot " steps

AND "In-Game Item: Early Access Tracking"

I have the 3 steps but not the "Early Access Tracking" in-game item listed on the page.

Is that incorrect and just should say "Underfoot Preorder" at the bottom or am I missing something on my account to make it say "Early Access Tracking"?

The "In-Game Item: Early Access Tracking" appears when you Pre-Order Underfoot before December 1, 2009 - so no later than November 30, 2009 (11:59pm PST)

All three 'Road to Underfoot' listed, I have pre-ordered but the subscription details only lists 'Underfoot Preorder'.

I do not have a line saying 'Early access tracking'???

I GOT the preorder, it says "Underfoot Preorder" at the bottom and not "In-Game Item: Early Access Tracking" anywhere as Zann said..

I have :

# In-Game Item: The Road to Underfoot 3
& Underfoot Pre-order

But how do I get task 1? The NPC has been removed from PoK.
Am I to be disadvantaged because I was away from game due to real life commitments?
Please, can anyone tell me how to get the first task completed now?

I was able to do this. I didn't go to the guy in PoK. I used the Erudite that stands close to the Paineel PoK book portal in Tox. There is also a concerned citizen who I think is right inside Paineel. Then if you go into the Hole on the ledge once you get out of the water is an NPC who also gives you the quest. However I think the 4th NPC was in Cresent Ridge not PoK. I could be wrong.

But in any event I just re upped my subscription to EQ. I bought SoD then after a few days of play I boubht Underfoot preorder. I didn't even know about the events until two days ago. I already had the second part done as I did a MM in Guk. So all I had to do was GGG quest and then either the kill ants or get fugus and poison. I opted to get the ingrediants as that was easier for me. I am only 75th still. So you can get all three parts still.
