Research Assistant - Research completed, but upgrade not granted

Everything worked fine for me on the 8 or 9 low level spells I used the RA on. Have another week to go on my very last spell and then I'll have all 149.

I used the Big Bend RA and have gone back there every time I had one to pick up.

Happened to me also.... got the ingame email and nothing available at the RA.

I also did not receive my spell - not option to claim at the bottom just the option to start researching.

The spell was Vital Intercession Vii (Master)

I had started researching if from the guild hall Research Assistant.

I received the in game mail - I tried to pick it up from the guild hall Research Assistant.

I"m not overly worried about the issue getting addressed. I'm sure it's gonna be a mess and need sorting, but they'll get it . What I would like to know is if it's ok to start another one SMILEY While I wait is alllll SMILEY

i lost mine as well, undead knight VII. level 77 spell. 29 days compleatly wasted. can CS give the spell or am i screwd over for another month?

and do i have to still be online to be granted the spell by CS if they can grant the master?

No biggy...I was just trying it out with an Adept spell to see how it works. Since it seems it doesn't work as intended I doubt I will use it for a while...

Boy howdy. Glad I'm not in CS at the moment.

Add me to the growing list of players whose upgrades were "due" today but didn't come. I got the mail, but no option to scribe and Ancient Shroud VII is back on the list as if I can start it over. Tried Profit UI, then default. No difference.

I was thinking the alignment noted above might be an issue, but I started the research with the RA in my home town of Neriak and went to claim it from the same RA, so that's not it.

Yeah you can add me to that list as well, Bodyguard VI seems to have been gobbled up SMILEY

Yep, same thing with me. Got mail, went to pick it up, nothing there and had the option to scribe the same thing i was having researched. Swashbuckler offensive stance, Daring Advance VI. Hope it gets fixed and don't have to research it again.

I got mail today as well that my researcher had completely his task. Sadly, there was no update for me to be found either

Thanks for PM'ing me the information, I have enough to go on and it looks like we've found the problem.

If you experienced this problem, please go ahead and make a petition. We have logs that will verify completion of the research and Customer Service should reimburse the upgrade.

We will hotfix this bug asap. In the meantime, if you're researching a spell you might want to hold off on claiming it to avoid having to go through the petition process.

We'll take care of this as quickly as possible and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Of course it bugs out on me... =/ Just the way my luck is......

What is/was the issue? Some people in guild have gotten multiple masters while others bugged out on first one like me.
