How Titles work and What they do for you in game.

A lot of research has gone into this with a ton of parse logs to confirm everything posted here is a proven fact.

Hunter
DPS & heal mod 25%  All hunters do 25% more spell dps, combat art dps, and melee dps, and heals. 

Slayer
DPS & heal mod10%  All slayers do 10% more spell dps, combat art dps, and melee dps,  and heals.
Gain new ability:  Zone:  Player now has the ability to zone away from combat while other members of his party are engaged in a pitched battle and need his help.
Gain new ability:  Improved sprint:  Sprint Mod: 5%  Slayers sprint 5% faster.

Destroyer
Improved sprint: Destroyers sprint 10%  Faster and consume 5% less  power when sprinting.
Gain new ability: Disband  Destroyers who's group members engage a red con become instantly disbanded from their group.
Gain new ability: Reserves of Power:
10% of the characters power is now reserved for sprint.  If a destroyer casts any spell, combat art, or heal when under 10% power while in pvp combat sprint is automatically activated and all other abilities become stifled

Champion
Gain new ability  Circle Run:  Player now has the ability to run in circles unengaged  from PvP while his group fights maintaining his out of combat run speed and regen.  Doing so stifles the Champion and prevents him from casting, healing, or doing anything productive to help his group fight a pitched battle.
Gain new ability: Auto sprint:  If a Champions life ever reaches 50% or less they will automatically begin sprinting.
Improved Sprint:  Champions sprint 20% faster and consume 10% less power when sprinting.
Reserves of Power: 25% of the characters power is now reserved for sprint.  If a champion casts any spell, combat art, or heal when under 25% power while in pvp combat sprint is automatically activated and all other abilities become stifled

Dreadnought
Gain new ability:  Negate sprint mod.  Dreadnoughts negate all Champion and below sprint mods who are grouped with them ensuring that if they can't outrun the hostile pvpers chasing him he can at least outrun the champion in his group that is also running away.
Auto sprint:  If a Dreadnought life ever reaches 60% or less they will automatically begin sprinting.
Improved Sprint:  Dreadnoughts sprint 30% faster and consume 15% less power when sprinting
Reserves of Power: 50% of the characters power is now reserved for sprint.  If a destroyer casts any spell, combat art, or heal when under 50% power while in pvp combat sprint is automatically activated and all other abilities become stifled

General
Gain new ability: Smart Evak  If groupmates engage another group where they do not outnumber the other group by a solid 2 to 1 then the General will automatically evak instead of attacking or healing if the General mistakenly attacks attacks the other group.
Auto sprint:  If a General life ever reaches 70% or less they will automatically begin sprinting.
Reserves of Power: 75% of the characters power is now reserved for sprint.  If a dreadnaught casts any spell, combat art, or heal when under 75% power while in pvp combat sprint is automatically activated and all other abilities become stifled
Improved Sprint:  Generals Sprint 50% faster and consume 25% less power when sprinting.
Negate Sprint Mod:  Generals negate all Dreadnought and below sprint mods who are grouped with the general ensuring that if the general can't outrun the hostile pvpers chasing him he can at least out run the dreadnoughts and below in his group.

Master
Gain new ability: Phantom spells:  Player can now cast fun spells or summon god pets while in a pitched pvp battle and appear to be helping while the master in fact remains unengaged.  Healers & tanks get a 25% bonus ot their Phantom Spells ability.
Auto sprint:  If a Master life ever reaches 80% or less they will automatically begin sprinting.
Reserves of Power: 90% of the characters power is now reserved for sprint.  If a master casts any spell, combat art, or heal when under 90% power while in pvp combat sprint is automatically activated and all other abilities become stifled
Improved Sprint:  Masters Sprint 80% faster and consume 40% less power when sprinting.
Negate Sprint Mod:  Masters negate all General and below sprint mods who are grouped with the master ensuring that if the general can't outrun the hostile pvpers chasing him he can at least out run the generals and below in his group.


Overseer
Gain new ability: Rapid evak:  If an Overseer is attacked or receives any damage they will automatically proc a 100% chance to evak. 
Auto sprint:  If an overseer  life ever reaches 90% or less they will automatically begin sprinting.
Reserves of Power: 95% of the characters power is now reserved for sprint.  If an overseer casts any spell, combat art, or heal when under 95% power while in pvp combat sprint is automatically activated and all other abilities become stifled
Improved Sprint:  Generals Sprint 120% faster and consume 60% less power when sprinting.
Negate Sprint Mod:  Generals negate all Master and below sprint mods who are grouped with the Overseer ensuring that if the overseer can't outrun the hostile pvpers chasing him he can at least out run the Masters and below in his group.


Overlord
Gain New ability: Perma Immunity.  The Overlord is instantly evaked bank into immunity any time his immunity breaks in a non instanced zone.

(( Funny post! ... but the phantom spells bit is confusing... do you mean they cast spells that put them back into immunity? You said theres a pitched pvp battle going on.. or do you mean when they are being attacked... o.O

immunity isnt mentioned artura, only not being engaged.
