Good thread. I think it's definitely worth a sticky if we can get a little more info in here, especially balance it out for non-raiders. However, there is already a fair mix of raid and instance loot; it's just that most of the instances listed are almost impossible if you aren't near raid-ready in the first place.

I like the Bilthor Tool Belt from Nu'Roga (Bilthor) http://lootdb.com/eq2/item/1986651023 for a belt and also the Finger Bonguard Rapier from Befallens Caverns (The Jester or Bonegrinder) http://lootdb.com/eq2/item/804466087.

These are both on my shopping list.

EDIT: couple adds

The Talisman of Thuuga is a very nice quested item that can be had early on and is a pretty easy quest.

The T2 shard jewelry is also very nice, Onslaught set for cloak, charm and ears. These are good pieces individually and I see a 2-3% DPS boost with the 3-piece bonus. I'll be sad the day I pick up a replacement (most likely a cloak) for one of these and lose the bonus.

Can you add the T2 shard Onslught jewelry set? As I mentioned, these are good by themselves, but the 3-piece bonus adds a respectable amount of DPS:

Well personally for my swashbuckler the 3 double attack you gain isn't worth losing the 75 combat art damage when my swashbuckler is currently always capped on double attack, (10% from 4set TSO, and then i get another 10% or so from item procs plus dirge buffs.)

CA damage is pretty valuable in this expansion due to kidney stab being a really nice % of our dps and gets modified nice by it.

While the Firewalker's Magmatic Spaulders has +3 M.C.C +9 C.A.D. +2 D.A.C +20 C.A.D +6 Crit Mit.

Or have they upcraded them but none of the sites have updated the new info?

Your correct on those stats.

While the firewalker's has DA and some +Damage Mod (20), the Roguish Charm shoulders have more Combat Art base damage (12) and crit mit as well as better overall stats.

They distributed the stats across each piece differently between the 2 sets (as well as in different amounts). So one piece of Firewalker's might look better but in reality it isnt (as noted above with the shoulders).

The one thing the firewalker's set beats the Roguish Charm set at is AGI, it has 69 more AGI over the roguish charm set.
