Well, It is official now. I have pretty much retired from the Bazaar server. I will only be on that server for the occassional house order. My new home is on the Antonia Bayle server. (I wish to give a special thank you to Bitzy who really helped me get started on my new server. Without her help it would have taken me alot longer to get going. Thank you Bitzy, I really appreciate everything you did for me. You freakin rock.
And now for my first full house completed on Antonia Bayle! This home belongs to Flittrosa and can be visited in person at 4 Bayle Court. I hear rumors that she is planning a house warming party in the near future. Her beloved contacted me about this project as a surprise for Flittrosa. She is a photographer in the world outside of Everquest 2 and he wanted her to have a studio in Norrath. He wanted a romantic bedroom, a bath big enough for 2 , and a special garden with Gazebo. This is what I came up with for the happy couple.
He wanted a warm and cozy living area. This is the front room.
I wanted to build a unique upper tier fireplace that also reflected Flittrosa's photography. It looks unusual from the ground, but as you climb the stairs it comes into full view.
The Kitchen and Dinningroom. Flittrosa had already done an incredible job on her kitchen, but alas when I come into a project I usually box the entire house so I have a clean space, and so her lovely kitchen was destroyed in the process. I tried to make her new kitchen have the same colors and feel as her original kitchen.
The Bedroom
The Bath
The garden with Gazebo
The Studio
I wanted to make seperate "sitting" areas with different themes for photos
The Cogfizzle 3000, with a convienient track to roll it to whichever photo shoot you need!
Thanks for taking a peek! All comments and questions are welcomed!
You have this whole decorating thing down to an art! I am always suprised at how clean and perfect your work is--I am definately a fan--Awesome as always!
beautiful work as always Nef.
Your work never ceases to amaze. I am never bored looking at your homes, you always have something new, different, but always clean.
I was wondering what did you use to make the tiered fireplace? Specifically the fire, there are so many items in game I couldn't placde which ones you had use.
Thanks
--Cayrie
OMG That camera! That's just great. And the roof over the gazeebo. How long did it take to line THAT up right?
I've always been a fan of your kitchens, this one's particularly inviting. I love the oven, consider that idea stolen now.
Beautiful house.
The camera is your usual clever creation and the shelves used to make a roof is a great detail.
Wow that is really nice! I am going to have to visit to see it in person. The gazebo is too cool!
Absolutely fantastic...classic Nef LOVE that cozy bathroom and the gazebo...but the "studio" and camera...just...WOW. Keep em coming and i fully concur...stealage is DEFINITELY inc

Thanks --Cayrie I used the adamantine braziers to create the fire, and on the walls are two sconces, bone sconces maybe? I can't remember off the top of my head which two sconces i used.

Thanks! Originally the gazebo was going to have a classic cone shaped roof....yeah right. After much cussing and the invention of a few new interesting and very colorful words, it became more of a rectangular gazebo after a couple of hours playing with the shelves... It isn't perfectly aligned so I warn anyone with OCD don't visit the attic in person! lol. There just isn't much in norrath that can be used for roofing material. /hint /hint /hint
OMG Nef!!!! Just when I think you can't top yourself you do!!!!! What can I say? INCREDIBLE, INVENTIVE, CREATIVE, AWESOME, FANTASTIC, INGENIOUS.....there are NOT enough adjectives to describe your work! You are incredible!!!! Come on, bring an alt to Everfrost...ya know you want to!!!
Cogfizzle 3000! That rocks! Absolutely beautiful place Nef! The creativity is outstanding and the way you brought that creativity into a cohesive and masterfully done design is breathtaking.
