I'm hashing over ways to accomplish trading it out. Its not seeming very promising. At the very least I will make CS aware that they will need to help out switching these for people. I know it sucks, but that's if I cannot come up with something clean. We have wonkey merchant lists. = /

Couldn't you just add it like the void shard merchant?  Just make a second listing of the mage/priest mount that only requires having the old scout/tank mount and no plat, like the greater shard gear requires the lesser version but with more shards, but the new mage mount just requires the old mount and nothing extra?  Or perhaps like those 2 shields out of instances were treated when they were fixed (Blocker of the Dark Horseman I think it was called).

I suppose we could, but I wasn't crazy about sending people to another continent to switch out the mount. Perhaps we can put a switch out npc with Rime dudes. We'll see if I can pull that off. Sometimes its not that easy. heh

There's no way to set the NPC's sellback value to 100% for that item? It's not like it's a quest reward or something right?

So can we get different color then the scout/fighter type or is it going to be the same color of horse? I would prefer a pure black or even white with dark blue sadle. anyways I know it may be to late to suggest some colors here but thought it wouldn't hurt to ask before it actually made it to live severs.

any word on the caster version of this mount?  I got my faction to 50k so I will be ready when it is released.

I know we plan to do a fan faire update with a mess of changes from feedback we received at fan faire. I'll try to make sure it gets in then, if its not already in.

Could you please -- and I'm begging you here -- create some cool mounts that don't have horns/icicles/whatever sticking out of their heads? I don't know where this whole teddy bear/flaming cow/unicorn fetish originated, but .. ugh.

Some cool looking armored horses, with current stats/bonuses would be greatly appreciated. A version that looked appropraite for good aligned characters, Paladins namely, would also be a plus.

Additionally, how about an appearance slot for mounts? Just sayin' ...

No, no no   Just a nice normal looking horse, with the stats and bonuses but without the ironworks, please   I've never understood how these heavily laden armoured mounts can run so much faster than a lightly burdened riding horse anyway ...
