Low Level PvP

Greetings fellow redpills!

We at the MCPD are trying to start up some low level PvP action on Tuesday evenings. If you are interrested in participating, just come to Uriah SW around 9pm EST for the fun.

Requirements:

Must be under lvl 40 (40 and above can attend as rezzers and security **no ganking**)
No buffs
No ganking (security will be present - namely lvl 50s to watch over things)

Rezzers will be on site to raise the dead.

This is good clean fun, so bring all of your under lvl 40 friends!

This event has beened added to the DA Recursion event calander. I currently have it set up so it lasts up threw september. Give me a pm if it keeps going and ill extend the time another month.

Thanks WG...the length of this event will depend on it's turn out on a weekly basis.

The purpose for this event is to give low levels a chance to pvp on a regular basis. A chance to pvp without the worry of getting ganked by a player that is a MUCH higher level. When this happens, everybody gets frustrated, and it turns alot of people away from pvp.

My goal is to provide an arena on a weekly basis that will allow for this. An area guarded and watched. The only thing anybody above the level of 40 is allowed to do during this event will be rez and watch. There will be no fighting of levels 40 and above during this event in this area.

PvP can be a fun thing to take part in. But if a low level is constantly ganked by a higher level or by a team of 3 or more, this turns people away from taking part in PvP. But with these fights, each fight will be monitored. So please watch the levels of the other people you are fighting. A fight with players within 3 levels of each other will be allowed. It is possable to win against somebody 3 levels higher than you...so making this legal. However, anything higher than this will not be allowed.

There will be rezzers on hand, and there will be security on hand.

All we ask is that everybody there has a good time.

Why not hold it in the constructs?
CQ's make some people go crazy, and people may not be able resist the temptation to squeeze off a few shots...

Wouldn't that set off a chain reaction to make it a full-fledged PvP, 50's and all?
Just thought I'd throw that in there.

For an added element of fun you could try hosting it in various buildings around the Mega City. I reccomend a building where a neighborhood contact named Digger hangs out. It is very spacious, a unique building, and takes away the element of hyperjumping away.
