"Gangs of the Megacity"

Saturday September 16th, Children of the Code invite you to club Avalon for "Gangs of the Megacity"

The megacity is littered with controlling gangmembers fueling violence and terror on the streets, so how about we join in the fun eh?

The Gangs

Come saturday you can come to the party how you like, dressed in the style of any gangmember that can be found in-game, be it Bullet Devil Dog, or Pound Puppy, or even Crossbones Bunboon. Come along, research your chosen gang and RP with your fellow gang members, or go head to head with members of the opposing gangs. Or you can choose to participate in another way....

Faction Gangs

If you are part of a faction, you can choose to participate in Gangs of the Megacity as your own gang. In the style of the current in-game gangs, your entire faction can come as a division of the Bullets, or Legions. For example, The Collective modelling themselves on the Assassins of Baldwin Heights, Or Blood Rose adopting the style of the BloodDrinkers of Mansenn Park. If enough factions arrive in full gang uniform style, maybe we can kick off some IC gang warefare eh?

Very good premise! I'd been wondering when someone else might take notice of the intriguing clashes and storylines of the gangs. And the faction gangs concept is even better!

Great idea Trax. I've been trying to collect some gang outfits before I read about this event, if anyone needs anything. Darn this GMT +9 time zone lol. I would love to participate, but I will be at church.

1AM GMT isn't 5pm PST... are you hosting two different events?

1AM GMT = 9PM EST = 6PM EST... (daylight savings time and all).

Can you clarify the times? Just trying to clear it up so we can announce it on Signal Boost.

It will be at 5PM PST, which for me is 1am GMT. I haven't got a clue what it is in EST or CST.

Gotcha. I was assuming you weren't using Daylight savings for GMT.

I'll announce it as 5PM PST.

I'm regretting not having a Recursion RSI now, because this sounds cool.
