Signal Boost Q+A volume 3 - Mysterious Figure

For the Q + A segment of Signal Boost episode 8, we want to know what you think about the "mysterious figure" that's back in the Megacity. A lot of people think that this means the return of the Assassin, while some aren't so sure. We want to know what you think, and what you think it means for the story.
