So nice Sony encourages this sort of unprofessionalism, and also allows community figure heads to trash players of any type. Thanks to your comments and attitude towards us "old gamers" (and I'm not even old, only 25) I will no longer subscribe to a Sony product, even though I have been a subscriber on and off since the launch of Kunark.
What would you prefer, a really dull podcast where they talk like news reporters all the way through it?
Really, get a sense of humour, and hey, I'm sure if mxo was more represented in this then we'd get loads of comments about the dramas that go on over on our boards....
We have MOD's cleaning up our picture threads ffs
For me, I'm more thankful that they do have a good laugh and a joke during the podcast, it shows that they are, infact human and actually not drones.

The guys at SOE often get bad press from the players as you only really hear about them if something goes wrong. You very rarely hear players giving mega hugs and love for something when it goes right (unless it's something they've been begging for a long time, like mxo and a new CRM)
I've lost track of the number of images people get of when the CSR or TSR here uses the wrong game goodbye statement
That being said, the only time I've ever had any issue has been dealt with really well, so I guess I'm lucky
In game I've had very good experiences with any GM I've come in contact to so far in Vanguard. Last one ~ We have to kill a 8 hour spawn so one person can get a head (out of six) to finish the quest line and get a SWEET weapon. A GM made us a deal, if we killed everything without anyone dying we would all get the head. Well we survived, got the heads, and were turned into Camels! =P
But on a different note... I am hardly alone when it comes to being insulted by what was said.
