What is a Fan Faire? The SOE Fan Faire is a Sony Online Entertainment-sponsored event designed to allow players the chance not only to meet one another, but also many of the more prominent SOE personalities. It's a great opportunity to meet the real people behind the online avatars and the game itself. Though attendees will have plenty of opportunity to mingle freely with one another and make new friends, they'll also have the chance to participate in a number of panel discussions and game-themed live events.
When and where are the Fan Faire events held?Fan Faire events are held in various regions throughout the U.S. and occur annually. We try to choose locations that will accommodate as many players as possible.
edit #1 - We no longer have the Orlando spot for the 26th through the 29th. The info just came in a minute ago so the poll unfortunately wiped itself because it was edited.
edit #2 - The 26th though the 29 is back on again... Someone kill me please... Poll wiped again.
as generic a location it is
Vegas really is a great event spot
You can actually plan and do ALOT for under 500$
its a shame Vegas isnt dead center of the US
but for cost kids entertainment lodging and travel
i will always vote Vegas

Ooops! It's all fixed now. Thanks for letting me know.
I voted for San Diego.
Where ever it's held I have a suggestion that I hope SOE'll take to heart. MORE VENDERS!!! There were a pitiful few last year.
I was at Fan Faire in Vegas last year and it was a lot of fun but man, the heat was just unbearable. It was over 100 degrees at midnight.
I San Diego you have access to the beach, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, and those are just a few of the local attractions. Just a few short minutes away you have the Mexican Border where you can .... er.... do mexican things and such.
S.D. could also really use the added revenue to help w/ the fallout from the recent fires.
Faerless
I say San Diego over Las Vegas because of the dates.
