"Sorry, we were unable to process your payment." & other options

  1. I've been getting this error message for several days when trying to buy a subscription. Opened a ticket on the 27th about the issue but haven't heard back anything yet. I guess the ticket backlog must be pretty huge if they're taking days to respond to people begging to hand over cash. At this point I'm ready to forgo the 500 station cash bonus and just get the membership benefits, can I subscribe with station cash or does it have to be one of those specific SOE time cards?

    Unfortunately there is no option at this time to get membership with Station Cash so you would need to use a valid Debit, Credit, or Pre-Paid game card in order to purchase your membership. Also, feel free to PM the reference number from your ticket and I will be happy to take a look at your account and see why you are encountering this message.
