Station cash, cannot purchase anything [Incident: 121120-002464]
Looks like the ticket is waiting for you to respond currently. We made an adjustment to your account 4 days ago and have not heard back from you, update your ticket and we'll look further in to it.
Also, for the record, the "20" at the end of the 121120 indicates that your ticket was submitted 8 days ago, that field is Year, Month, Day

I called costumer support an they found a zip code error.
