There was an error processing your request

  1. Dear Sirs,

    I've been trying to purchase Light Assault Bundle for 600 Station Cash but there is an error message "There was an error processing your request" appearing.

    I tried relogging and restarting my client but it didn't help.

    I do have enough Station Cash.

    Since this is an account related issue, I'd suggest submitting a ticket thru our support system so we can take a look and see what's up, instructions to submit a ticket can be found in my signature. Once you have a ticket submitted, go ahead and PM me the incident #, and I'll take a look when I can.
