Why My Account Was Suspended?

  1. yesterday I pay 180$ for this game ,and then I only played few hours , today my Account Was Suspended . Even not a e-mail explain "WHY" . 180$ for 6 hours , Are you kidding me?
  2. This can be answered through a customer support ticket, information on how to file one can be found on their website or in the signatures of the customer support specialists on this forum.
  3. Unfortunately this will not be disclosed on the forums. You will have to open a ticket and await a response. You can quickly open a ticket via the link in my signature. Remember to include any information you think they may need such as -

    Your account name which is in question and have information to prove you are indeed the owner such as the last 4 digits of the card use to purchase or other billing receipts to hand.
  4. Open a support ticket to get a response from support - they don't discuss sensitive information (your account) on the forums.
